Off-Peak Cancellation Policy: strict 48-hour cancellation policy whereby any cancellations or changes (due to ANY reason) must be communicated 48 hours or more before your scheduled time of arrival at our location River hub Botanical Gardens 147 Alice Street, Brisbane and agreed to in writing by jet ski tours. For cancellations within 48 hours, we reserve the right to forfeit the reservation and any monies paid. During this period, we require 48 hours’ notice even if your cancellation is in relation to illness or COVID-19. If you are unable to attend and email us with 48 hours’ notice or more, we will do our best to reschedule your booking subject to availability within 72 hours.
Peak Season Cancellation Policy: strict 72-hour cancellation policy whereby any cancellations or changes (due to ANY reason) must be communicated 72 hours or more before your scheduled time of arrival and agreed upon by Jet Ski Tours Brisbane in writing via email for rescheduled. For cancellations within 72 hours, we reserve the right to forfeit the reservation with no refund and if rescheduling, you may be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. During this period, we require 72 hours’ notice even if your cancellation is in relation to illness or COVID-19.
Distance, Tour Routes, Arrival/Departure Time: Please note: all tours are based on their kilometre distance OR the time frame. To ensure safety for all, participants must reach a minimum speed on their jet skis, or this may result in the scheduled route being forfeited to ensure the smooth operation of the rest of the day. It is important to allow for at least an hour on top of your scheduled booking time for the safety briefing, procedural instructions including entering and exciting the marina, sizing for life jackets etc and arrival back to the marina etc. It is not advised to book any other activities within this time frame and up to 4 hours either side as unfortunately Jet Ski Tours Brisbane will not be held liable for any current or future costs associated and/or related.

Cancellation by Jet Ski Tours Brisbane or the Activity supplier: if credit or rescheduling is not possible within 72 hours by Jet Ski Tours Brisbane. Please note confirmation of airline tickets, inter accommodation, travel plans, medical certificates, and reasonable proof of such must be provided and, or is required if unable to reschedule.
